No matter how good, gentle and clean you try to be, there will always be at least one individual who will hurt you, there will always be someone who will spread bad words about you. There will always be someone so dissatisfied with his life that he tries to cause unhappiness to others, because it is the only relief he finds.
If you are better than others, they will rarely rejoice for you. They will want you down and they will try to pull you down, because it is much easier for them than to try to reach the level you are or to overtake you. Few are those who rejoice with you, who do not despise your smile when your soul rejoices. The rest envy, they choose to upset those who seem to have a fulfilled life. Few choose to take the example, to fight and to overcome that evil that seems more and more acute over the human nation …
Well, what if? What if there are always people who comment, who hurt you, who offend you? What if there are people who willingly choose to live by rules other than God’s? Words have no power over you unless you allow them. What can people do to you in the worst case? To talk? To hurt? To kill you? So what? Here on Earth you have to live a few years and with God an eternity!
Receive God in your life as a Father, as a Brother, as a Friend, that he stands at the gate of your heart and waits to be invited inside, he does not enter forcibly. If He loves you, believe me, whoever is your enemy will lose any battle that begins. And believe me, God loves you very much, no matter how wrong you are. All you need is to believe in Him, to discover Him as He really is, and to see that everything that happens on Earth has so little significance.
Why be afraid of people in this life? The evil you think he could do to you will not even touch you as long as you are in God’s Hand. There are people who can’t stand happiness in the face of others. There are people who do not know God and who do anything to see the rest below …. For those people, if you know, pray, there are people who need so much to be saved.
