Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to shut up …

Sometimes it’s good to shut up and listen … it’s good to listen because there are times when you have something to learn. There are times when the people around you really have something to say. It wouldn’t hurt to listen to them, even if they don’t speak from a pedestal or a microphone. It doesn’t hurt to open your ears and soul to things that can lead you to good, that will make you wonder about one, about another …

I know people like to talk. However, in order to have the opportunity to say something, you must also hear about what has been discussed so far. For this, it is good to wait until you give your opinion. Believe me, knowing all the facts will help you tremendously. Maybe in 10 minutes from now on you’ll think differently and maybe you’ll be sorry you rushed … so think a little. Stay in the shade for a while. Wait your turn, it’s definitely coming!

He pricked up his ears when talking about God. Don’t take everything you hear for granted, but research. Take a Bible in your hand and check if what you have heard matches what He wants from us … as you understand Him. Seek to draw closer to Him, because in the end, you are alone with God. Get to know Him from the miracles He does every day (there are more than you could ever imagine), from His words, and from anything you think is small around you … and talk to Him when you are happy or when you are angry. I believe that God is always happy that we have what He says … Shut up for a moment and listen carefully to what He has to say to you, because He will surely do you good.
