Instead of resting her head on the uncomfortable armrest, her caring father gently cradles her head in his hand.

The accompanying caption on Reddit read, “This man kept his hand in this position for 45 minutes so his daughter could sleep well.” It truly highlights the loving act of a father towards his child. However, not everyone who saw the picture felt the same way. Surprisingly, some Reddit users criticized the father’s actions, suggesting that he could have found a better solution.

The post quickly went viral, receiving over 60,000 upvotes and generating thousands of comments. Some of the responses included comments like, “I feel like there’s a better way,” “Do you not have a towel? It’s the most important thing you can carry,” “Shows a lack of creative problem-solving. Couldn’t he think of a practical solution in 45 minutes,” and “Roll up a hoodie jacket and bam! Insta-pillow. Or here’s a crazy thought: ask a flight attendant for a blanket and pillow.”
