According to Sean, his source told him that the Duchess of Sussex, who is 41 years old, made the request in a “formal letter,” and that the meeting would serve as “an opportunity to clear the air, put the rights from wrongs, and explain some of the rationale behind what they’ve been doing over the last two years.”

It has been claimed that Meghan Markle has asked for a private audience with King Charles III in order to “clear the air.”

Sean said that he had “no idea” if the meeting was going to take place, but he reaffirmed his opinion that the former cast member of “Suits” was “extremely bold.”

The encounter would take place after Markle and Prince Harry, who is 38 years old, travelled to the United Kingdom to be with the rest of the royal family at Queen Elizabeth II’s burial. Even though the redheaded king and his family participated in the parade together, in the end, he and his wife were given the cold shoulder by being seated in the second row.

Markle honored the Queen by donning the pearl-and-diamond earrings that the late monarch had given to her as a present. She also donned a dress designed by Stella McCartney, but in a different hue than the one she wore to celebrate the Queen’s 92nd birthday.

The elegant getup was worn in compliance with the funeral’s dress code, which required mourners to wear black gowns or coats reaching the knee or longer, as well as black caps and optional veils.
