Rest in peace, a 3-year-old kid who died in a car accident on his way to his own birthday party.

A tragic tragedy occurred when a 3-year-old boy called Josiah Toleafoa was slain on the day of his third birthday.

Josiah and his family were in the parking lot of Play City, an indoor facility for kids’ parties when he was hit by a car.

According to witnesses, his distraught mother yelled and wailed frantically as paramedics tried to save his life. Unfortunately, Josiah did not survive. He passed away at Rady Children’s Hospital.

The lives of this family were flipped upside down. What was supposed to be a happy day turned out to be the worst day of their life. Their joy had been replaced by pain and sorrow, and their world had shattered into a million pieces.

According to reports, the 36-year-old driver who killed Josiah but whose name has yet to be established was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He remained at the site and cooperated with police, and the reasons for his loss of control have not been proven.

Members of the family set up a GoFundMe page to assist Josiah’s mother and father with funeral expenses.

“Josiah brought the family together with his incredible SMILE and LOVING HEART, which simply brought JOY to any room.” Tatiana Toleafoa, the boy’s aunt, commented, “I KNOW HE WOULD HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD.”

“We’re doing this gofundme to help with my sweet nephew’s funeral expenses and services for the little angel who touched so many lives in so many ways before he was called to Heaven.” Any amount would be much appreciated. “We are so grateful to have a loving family and friends to be with us and love us through this horrible tragedy, and we want to be able to put him to rest so that we can say goodbye and never forget the little boy who loved with a tremendous heart,” the website said.

The proprietor of Play City made a $2,000 donation to the Josiah family, which was matched by the landlord.

At this time, no arrests have been made.

We are deeply saddened by this family’s loss. There is no greater loss than the death of a child.

Josiah, rest in peace.
