“I think women loved the fact that I was both sexy and smart,” Loni said. “In 1978, not many women were doing both in comedy.”

Loni’s journey to fame started early, and she faced some challenges along the way. Being the first girl in school to wear a bra wasn’t always easy for her, as she had to endure scrutiny and judgment.
