Naturally, Meghan Markle’s connection with the British Royal Family has been tense for a long time. It didn’t help when she and Prince Harry left the company for greener pastures, and it took its worst hit yet after Meghan’s shocking accusations against Charles and other members of the family, including Kate Middleton.

Meghan and Kate looked to get along before the Sussexes left the UK. Archie, Harry and Meghan’s firstborn kid, was born in 2019, and Kate was overjoyed for the couple.

However, their relationship may have started to deteriorate already at this point. At least that’s what fresh reports claiming Meghan had a clear response to Kate’s query regarding whether or not she was permitted to capture the first photo of their newborn boy claim.

Harry and Meghan had a conversation with TV personality Oprah in the backyard of her Montecito, California, home in February of last year. They started telling the truth about their interactions with the Royal Family there. Let’s just say that their declaration completely altered the situation.

After that, Harry and Meghan were essentially excluded from the Royal Family. According to accounts, none of the royals were interested in working with them.

In the interview, Meghan was open and honest, saying that Prince Charles had rebuffed Harry’s phone calls at one point.

The most startling assertion Meghan said was that there had been discussions over how dark Archie’s complexion would be in the palace.

They were worried that baby would have an issue if he were too brown.

Oprah questioned Meghan.

Meghan retorted, “I wasn’t able to follow up with why.” But if that’s the supposition you’re making, it seems like a fairly secure one, in my opinion.

She would not identify the commentator by name, saying only, “I think that would be very destructive to them.”

Meghan still has a rocky connection with a number of royal family members today. Kate Middleton was one particular person with whom the former actress struggled right away, and vice versa.

In their book Finding Freedom, authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand assert that the two were not at first at odds.

They claimed that the two royals simply didn’t know one another well enough.

They said that Meghan would concur with their opinion that the duchesses were not close friends. Since Markle was Harry’s girlfriend, their friendship hadn’t developed much.

Durand and Scobie also point out that Kate didn’t go to great lengths to welcome Markle into the family, at least not in the manner that one may have anticipated.

Meghan had anticipated Kate would take her under her wing and teach her everything she needed to know as someone new to the firm. However, the authors assert that it never did.

According to Durand and Scobie in Finding Freedom, “Meghan would far rather have had Kate check in on her through the most trying periods with the press,” adding that “Meghan was upset that she and Kate hadn’t bonded over the position they shared.

Things between Kate and Meghan were heated before Harry and Meghan got married. She claimed that Kate Middleton had made her cry on the day of her wedding over the flower girl outfits, explicitly refuting earlier accusations made by the tabloids.

“My sentiments were seriously damaged. The wedding week was quite challenging. She was also furious over something, but she took responsibility for it and apologized. She also sent me flowers and an apology message, said Meghan.

“I believe that a lot of what I have observed [in the media] is based on the polarity theory, which holds that you don’t have to despise her if you love me. You don’t have to dislike me if you love her, she continued.

Harry and Meghan spent a brief period of time at Kensington Palace after getting married in a royal ceremony. At the time, the house served as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s home.

Tom Quinn, a royal novelist, described it as being “very little” and located on Kensington Palace’s grounds. It seems small in comparison to Kate and William’s large double apartment, I say.

The couple shortly thereafter moved into their own home. Even though this was intended to be a cheerful time, things rapidly became unpleasant.

Nearby William and Kate’s Nottingham Cottage, Harry and Meghan moved in. The two spouses’ relationship deteriorated after that. Tom Quinn claims that there were various factors at play in this.

According to reports, Meghan found it difficult to accept that William and Kate were the only people allowed in Kensington Palace. A top royal aide also informed her that she would never be “in the first division.”

“It was made clear to them that they weren’t in the first division because William and Kate already hold that position. That inevitably resulted in conflict, says Quinn.

If you work hard enough, you can succeed in Meghan’s world. But no matter what she does, Meghan is unable to succeed.

After a brief visit, Harry and Meghan relocated to Windsor’s Frogmore Cottage, where they remained until they decided to take a break from their roles as working royals.

On March 31, 2020, Harry and Meghan’s royal obligations came to an end. The Sussexes had just welcomed Archie, their firstborn, at that point. After the birth of their daughter, Lilibet, the family of three has now grown to four.

Of course, the Royal Family was overjoyed for Harry and Meghan when Archie was born. That also applied to Kate Middleton, William, and Harry’s brother, and the future princess of Wales apparently wanted to express her gratitude by requesting a particularly specific duty.

According to royal analyst Neil Sean, Kate offered to capture the first photos of Archie as a newborn. He asserts that Meghan declined the offer because she preferred to “employ a photographer” for the assignment.

Sean stated in a YouTube video, as quoted by Express, “This was a really personal gesture from the now-Princess of Wales to Meghan Markle when she delivered her first child, Archie.” He continued by saying that when several experienced photographers “commended” Kate’s portfolio, she offered to “shoot the intimate image of newborn Archie.”

Sean said, “Apparently, Meghan turned down that offer flat, according to that reliable source. And as always, we must admit that we’re not exactly clear why [Meghan rejected Kate’s offer].

Like Harry and Meghan, you didn’t need to hire a photographer.

Kate Middleton has dedicated her life to photography. She was hired earlier this year to take pictures of Camilla for Country Life Magazine’s guest edition, so she did so in the Lacock, Wiltshire, gardens of Ray Mill House.

Kate’s passion in photography was initially kindled by her grandfather, who Camilla described as “an incredibly talented photographer.”

Williams remarked, “Her granddad was a really skilled photographer. He used to show her his slides when she was younger. He was the one who showed her how to use a camera.

In any event, it’s safe to conclude that Kate and Meghan don’t have the best of relationships. Furthermore, it seems as though it may have reached its lowest point during Queen Elizabeth’s funeral.

According to insiders, the Duchess and Kate did not speak to one another at all. According to recent reports, Harry and Meghan don’t intend to travel home for the upcoming Christmas break.

Of course, it shouldn’t come as a huge surprise that Kate and Meghan apparently didn’t speak at the Queen’s funeral service.

At the same time, it seems that Kate made an effort to patch things up before the funeral. According to a source for US Weekly, Kate thought there was a “misunderstanding” about her and Meghan’s friendship. In 2021, when Lilibet was born, she made every effort to mend the bond.

Since [Lilibet] was born, Kate has been getting in touch with Meghan much more frequently. She’s trying to establish a relationship by sending presents and notes, the person claimed.

Kate and William are scheduled to visit Boston and New York during their December trip to the US to attend the Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit.

In 2020, William established the Earthshot Prize. William was elected president, and it became a stand-alone charity early this year.

Last month in New York, the Prince was scheduled to attend the Earthshot Prize innovation symposium. Sadly, the tragic death of the Queen forced him to postpone.

The environment was a concern that my grandmother cared deeply about. William added in a September recorded message, “And I know she would have been thrilled to hear about this event and the support you’re all providing our Earthshot finalists, the next generation of environmental pioneers.

In December, Boston will host the second Earthshot Prize awards event. Rebuilding her friendship with Meghan will be Kate Middleton’s other major task during the trip, according to US Weekly.

Kate intends to reach out to Meghan in an effort to bring William and Harry back together and mend the gap, even though William and Kate will be on the east coast and Harry and Meghan reside on the west. According to a source, Princess Diana and the late Queen Elizabeth “would’ve wanted” this.

The insider stated that despite Harry and Meghan’s busy schedules, they were both prepared to make an effort as long as the dates didn’t conflict.

For Harry and Meghan, life carries on as usual despite the ongoing conflict with the royal family. They currently reside in a multimillion dollar estate in Montecito, California, which is about two hours outside of Fort Knox-like Los Angeles.

Archie and Lilibet’s parents are very busy parenting their two children. It has been wonderful, according to Harry and Meghan, to watch their children develop and learn new things, but it has also been taxing.

Archie, Meghan and Harry’s firstborn, was born on May 6, 2019. Lilibet was then born on June 4 of the previous year.

Meghan talked about how having Lilibet affected her life in her podcast Archetypes. She said that she wants Lilibet to be a lady “with a voice” and that she will raise her daughter to be a “full-fledged interesting, curious, kind, strong, all the things, human being.”

As a mother of a daughter, Meghan remarked, “I now see the world differently through the eyes of how she’ll view the world and how she’ll look to particular women as role models. Whether I anticipated it would happen or not, it did.
