Images Reveal Meghan & Kate’s Differing Parenting Styles

Photos Show The Difference Between Meghan & Kate’s Parenting

According to a parenting expert, KATE MIDDLETON and Meghan Markle’s approaches to raising their children are completely different from one another. What royal mother does Meghan model herself after?

Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are Kate Middleton and Prince William’s three children. Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor and Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor are Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s two children.

Zoe Bonser, a former show director at The Baby Show, foresaw how Meghan’s parenting style would differ from the Cambridges when the Sussexes’ first child was born.

The world watched in expectation as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex became parents for the first time, wondering how they would raise the newest member of the Royal Family and if they would follow in the footsteps of Harry’s brother and sister-in-law, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

But as time goes on, it becomes apparent that Meghan and Kate have raised their children in very different ways.

Although all of their offspring are members of the Royal Family, their roles within it are undoubtedly distinct.

Prince George has a clear royal future because Prince William is the next in line for the throne.

Robert Lacey, a royal historian, proposed that the eight-year-old discovered his fate at the tender age of seven.

Lacey wrote in his book Battle of Brothers: “William hasn’t told the public how or when he told his son the important news.

“Perhaps George will someday give us the tale himself. But it’s believed that the boy’s parents spoke in more depth about what his future life of royal’service and duty’ would specifically entail around the time of his seventh birthday in the summer of 2020.

Meghan and Harry, on the other hand, had the luxury of choosing how their children would continue to be royals.

Because Meghan “takes a considerably more modern approach,” but Kate “appears to stick to tradition,” this is the most “notable” distinction between Meghan and Kate’s parenting styles.

When it comes to motherhood, Meghan trusts her own judgment and forges her own path, drawing inspiration from people outside the Royal Family, Zoe continued.

This was immediately clear when Meghan “refrained from the day-of-birth picture opportunity” when Archie was born on May 6, 2019, in contrast to Kate, who has welcomed the media following each of the three deliveries.

In addition, Meghan chose a “contemporary buggy” over the “traditional Silver Cross” that Kate, William, and previous generations of royals have always used.

Of course, privacy and the fact that Meghan and Harry want to give baby Archie the most typical upbringing imaginable are two more glaring differences.

Her own late mother-in-law Princess Diana, who was known for doing the school run, taking her little princes to Thorpe Park, and competing in school sports days, appears to be her greatest source of inspiration for how to be a good mother.

Despite Meghan’s regrettable lack of interaction with her husband’s mother, Diana’s empathetic and approachable parenting style has had a revolutionary impact.

In general, it appears that Meghan and Harry try to follow in Princess Diana’s footsteps, who has been characterized as “extremely hands-on and loving.” Diana thought it was necessary to provide her sons the most normal upbringing possible, and Meghan seems to share her sentiments.

But the expert claims that Meghan and Kate are “identical” parents in many aspects.

“Kate also prioritizes meaningful family time and has broken some conventions, such as sending George to a mixed school, dropping George off at school herself, or having her mother help in the days following the birth, instead of an army of servants,” the article continues.

The three-parent family also frequently snaps photos of their kids themselves, “providing her the freedom and power over what is used in public.”

“Both moms appear completely in love with their kids, and it’s fantastic to see both Kate and Meghan embrace their responsibilities – both as mothers and members of royalty,” Zoe said in her conclusion.
