Let me tell you about this married couple who decided to embark on a long road trip from Key West to Boston. After driving for nearly twenty-four exhausting hours, they realized it was time to rest. Luckily, they stumbled upon a pleasant hotel and checked into a room, planning to stay for only four hours before continuing their journey.
A Surprising Bill
However, their restful stop took an unexpected turn when it was time to check out. The desk clerk presented them with a bill for a staggering $350! As you can imagine, they were absolutely shocked and couldn’t understand why the fee was so exorbitant. I mean, come on, the room was nice, but was it really worth that much?
