Fans are shocked after hearing Tim McGraw’s daughter cover a country classic.

Audrey McGraw, Tim McGraw’s and Faith Hill’s youngest daughter, took to the piano to pay tribute to a country great. Her sensitive cover of Emmylou Harris’ song “Beneath Still Waters” left her social media friends and followers begging for more.

George Jones initially recorded the song (written by Dallas Frazier), and several others followed suit over the next ten years. Harris’s fourth of five chart-topping singles was “Beneath Still Waters” in 1980.

“Good ole dramatic country music,” writes Audrey McGraw. Her rendition is a little slower β€” and arguably more emotional β€” than the original.

Audrey McGraw is a model and singer who was enrolled at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City at the time of this writing. She frequently posts photographs of fashion or New York City life, and she occasionally releases a song for her 72K Instagram followers.

Audrey, Maggie, and their oldest daughter Gracie are McGraw and Hill’s three daughters. All three are outstanding vocalists, although none have stated that they intend to pursue music as a career. Maggie appears to have left Instagram but Gracie remains.

Prior to the release of 1883 in 2021, McGraw told Taste of Country that having girls helped him with his main role as James Dutton on the show. Hill also bonded with her on-screen daughter Elsa (Isabel May), describing her as “another daughter.”
