I fell in love with my best friend. It was the best thing I could do … and I wish I could have done it long before, because he was always the perfect man for me, and he was right under my nose … But we both became aware after years, as an old saying goes: “when it was to be.”

Even if we could have started our relationship long before, I don’t regret a second of friendship. I had time to get to know him as he really is, for better or for worse, and he got to know me as I am. However, we still have so much to learn about each other … We had time to love each other … for what we were, without trying to impress each other with all sorts of accomplishments, we didn’t have to hide nothing to do with our lives … because we simply liked to get to know each other, to support each other when we needed to, to make each other laugh!

Today it happens that we are still best friends, that nothing has changed from this point of view. Strange, but we still have a lot to say to each other, we still have a lot of things to learn about each other … and we still have so much love to give to each other. Even though we have always had faults with the car, the best thing we could do was to accept them as friends, then continue to love them as a couple.

I can say that what I feel now is that we have always been together, but that it took us a while to realize … The friendship is not easy at all, and if it is doubled by the romantic one, it is the most beautiful which you can experience. So what I can advise you is to take a closer look at your circle of friends …
