Bradley Cooper still lives with his mother for heartbreaking reasons.

Despite being an award-winning actor with millions of wealth, Bradley Cooper still lives with his mother.

The 48-year-old has a kid with his ex-girlfriend, Russian beauty Irina Shayk, who has lived at home with his mother, Gloria Campano, since 2011.

Cooper decided his father, Charles Cooper, was diagnosed with lung cancer, even taking a break from acting to spend more time with his parents.

He apparently intended to shower his sick father with love and attention to bring him joy despite his failing health.

Cooper’s father died of lung cancer five months after moving into his parents’ home. “And right now, two years after my father’s death, this is where we are,” he told the Los Angeles Times in 2013. My family is quite tight, and my father’s death was devastating for all of us. There was a schism, and the aftershocks are still felt today.

“And we rely on one another. And so here we are. But understand me. It is not without complexities. It’s not like I live in a compound while she stays in a hostel. No. “She’s in the next room,” he revealed before adding, “But here’s the thing: she’s a cool lady. We’ll get along, and she’ll roll with the punches. There’s no way if that’s not the case.”

Campano was still living with her son in 2020, at the height of the pandemic. Cooper said in an interview with Hamilton star Anthony Ramos for Interview Magazine, “I’m with my daughter, mother, and two dogs, and we haven’t left the house […] My mother is turning 80 and has a colostomy bag, so I can’t let anyone inside the house. And I can’t leave the house because it’s all over if she gets it.”

While he indicated they had been taking quarantining extremely seriously, Cooper did explain that they had tiny things at home to look forward to, adding: “We live in a little townhouse, thankfully there’s a backyard. I operate a one-man preschool. We get up and conduct swim practice in the bathtub.”

Aside from living with her son, Campano has frequently accompanied him to red-carpet events, including the 2019 Oscars, where she joined Cooper and his then-girlfriend Shayk, and the 2022 Oscars.
