Ann-Margret Is 82 — She Found ‘Love’ Who Is ‘Not a Stranger,’ Rides Motorbikes, Acts & Is Not Going to Slow Down

Ann-Margret, at 82, continues to live life with a youthful spirit and a love for adventure. While she has accomplished many things in her career as a talented actress, it is her marriage to her late husband, Roger Smith, that she holds closest to her heart. Despite losing him in her 70s, Ann-Margret is determined to make the most out of every day.

The couple had a strong and loving relationship, which Ann-Margret cherishes deeply. Reflecting on their marriage, she once said, “When I look back at my life, I am most proud of my marriage.” Their love was evident in their daily life, as they spent their nights together and were always there for each other.

Even though they were unable to have children of their own, their love thrived and Ann-Margret embraced her role as a stepmother to Smith’s three kids.

Ann-Margret’s journey in the entertainment industry began when she moved to the United States from Sweden. Her talents in singing and dancing soon caught the attention of RCA, and she made her acting debut in 1961. Since then, she has made a name for herself in Hollywood, with her beauty and red hair becoming iconic symbols of her timeless charm.

Despite the loss of her husband, Ann-Margret has found ways to honor his memory while embracing new experiences. One of her passions is riding motorbikes, which she finds exhilarating and allows her to enjoy her dates even more.

She has always loved motorcycles, and now she is devoted to riding them, finding joy in the speed and the freedom of being outside with the wind in her hair.

In addition to her adventures on the road, Ann-Margret has also found love again. Although she keeps the details private, she has confessed that this new love has made her fall in love again and it’s a “nice feeling.” While most people her age would be slowing down, Ann-Margret continues to attend Hollywood functions and has several acting projects in the works. She has no plans to stop acting anytime soon, stating, “When you are a certain age, it doesn’t mean that you suddenly stop … You continue.”

Not only does Ann-Margret continue to act, but she is also working on a new music album titled “Born To Be Wild.” The album will feature both classic and new materials, including a favorite track by Bobby Darin called “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.” With her energy and passion, Ann-Margret plans to keep entertaining her fans and surprising them with the next chapter of her remarkable journey.

So, even at 82 years old, Ann-Margret is living life to the fullest. She remains an inspiration for others, proving that age is just a number and that it’s never too late to find love, embrace adventure, and pursue your passions.
