This young woman lost 300 pounds by making one change

She was a loyal customer of fast food, but she gave up foods she never thought she would give up. She fought a constant battle with the extra pounds, but now it deserves to be a lesson for all unhealthy food enthusiasts.

“I’ve been fat all my life, but honestly, I didn’t realize how bad I looked until I lost weight. At most, I weighed 1069 lb and ate at least 6,000 calories a day.

Cooking at home was something unusual for me, and I don’t even mention vegetables… We ate several times a day, and most of the meals consisted of fast food.

Yes, 6,000 calories a day sounds like a lot, but I don’t think I’m exaggerating: quick sandwiches for breakfast, followed by tacos at lunch (and lots of mineral water). At dinner I could easily eat a pizza, along with bread, biscuits and lots of mineral water.

On January 1, 2016, my husband and I made resolutions to change our unhealthy lifestyle.

To help me reach my goal, my best friend caused me to cook for 30 days (without eating food), excluding alcohol and mineral water.

– the exact opposite of what I was doing before. I thought I needed all the help I could get, so I agreed.

By the end of that month, I had made every gap I had filled. He taught me to cook, I learned to count calories with MyFitnessPal, I went to the gym and I made progress using an elliptical bike. While I was visibly losing a few pounds,

The most important progress was that I became addicted to my new routine, a healthy one. The Instagram account started as a personal diary. I believe that together with my friends and followers I have created a community for people who, like me, are tired of existence and not of life. I don’t want that to change.

As I continued my new healthy routine, my food tastes began to change.

The common food that affects the silhouette every day: “Discover what the food tastes like without it”

As for my current diet, I don’t limit myself, because that will make me want more food. I just started eating the foods I’ve always loved and making them healthier. I focused on calorie tracking to make sure I was eating more protein, lots of vegetables, and fewer carbs.

Here’s what I eat on an ordinary day:

• Breakfast: three boiled eggs and two pieces of turkey ham;
• Lunch: salmon with fried asparagus and salad;
• Dinner: a grilled chicken sandwich with salad and sweet potato;
• Snack: almonds and protein bar;
Maintaining all these things was not easy. I had to start saying “no”.

I don’t understand: When I went to the gym, people were looking at me – so I made sure I was the fattest man in the room. I was responsible for changing my life. I was there for me, not for them.

When I started, the elliptical bike was my best friend – it allowed me to manipulate the intensity of my training. I can’t say if I achieved my goal or not – I’m still looking for myself. And it wasn’t easy: many times I had to rearrange my program to avoid adjusting my weight loss goal.

For example, I leave my phone in another room, which forces me to get up to turn off the morning alarm. I had to have a game plan to save my own life.
