The woman who had 50 surgeries to make her look like Angelina Jolie, showed her true face.
An Iranian woman was released from jail after she claimed to have had fifty operations to look like Angelina Jolie. After her release, she disclosed that the appearance was a fraud created with the use of makeup and editing software.
Sahar Tabar, a native of Iran, rose to prominence in 2019 after it was revealed that she had undergone plastic surgery in an attempt to replicate Angeline Jolie’s appearance.
However, the treatments left her appearing like a very gaunt and unsettling facsimile of the famous actor. In the latter part of that year, Sahar was taken into custody and sentenced to ten years in prison in accordance with Iran’s stringent blasphemy laws.
The woman, who is now 21 years old, has been set free, and she has just lately disclosed her true identity in a new interview.
In October of 2019, Sahar was arrested on grounds of blasphemy and corruption, and she was ultimately given a sentence of ten years in prison for her crimes.
According to an article published by The Independent, activist Masih Alinejad stated that she was eventually released from jail after serving only 14 months of her sentence.
The activist said that Sahar’s appearance was not the result of failed plastic surgery and that the whole thing had been a hoax all along. “Sahar Tabar is just 19 years old.” Her prank landed her in jail.
Every day, her mother sheds tears in an effort to secure the release of her child, who has done nothing wrong. They had written to Angelina Jolie the previous year, saying, “Dear Angelina Jolie, we need your voice here.”
Sahar, whose true name is Fatemah Khishvand, was let free in the midst of large demonstrations for the rights of women in the country.
In a recent interview on television, she showed her true appearance and explained that the appearance she had previously given was the result of make-up and Photoshop. She mentioned that she wants to increase the number of followers on her Instagram account.
She claimed that the use of cyberspace was a simple solution. It was a lot less difficult than trying to become an actress.
The young woman, who is 21 years old, said that she had undergone certain cosmetic operations such as obtaining a nose job and lip fillers, but that the image of her that went viral had been significantly edited using Photoshop. She had previously asserted that the appearance was the result of a total of ’50 cosmetic operations.’
It is interesting to note that Sahar had already acknowledged to the prank in 2017, when she was chatting with the Russian news portal Sputnik. In that interview, she stated that she frequently manipulated images in order to entertain herself.
