Tattoo addict mother, 45, claims no one will hire her.

With the increasing popularity of tattoos, more and more individuals are becoming socially accepting of them. However, the world of jobs and interviews is not as forgiving as tattoos. One mother, who is a tattoo addict and covered in ink, has spoken up about her difficulties in finding work. She claims that no one will hire her due to her numerous tattoos.

Melissa Sloan, 45, is covered with tattoos from head to toe. She is a mother who is currently looking for work in order to support her family. Melissa claims that her tattoos are preventing her from finding work. At the age of 20, the tattoo addict began inking her flesh. In an exclusive interview with the Daily Star, she stated that the majority of her tattoos were done by her lover. They are completed in “prison style” at home.

She has numerous intricate and eye-catching tattoos on her face, including Playboy bunnies on her cheeks, marijuana leaves on her scalp, and hearts covering her brows. She is also said to have spider webs on her breasts.

“It’s like when you have a fag or a drink, you get addicted,” Melissa explained. “I can’t stop it now, it’s addictive, I just can’t stop it.” I keep the [tattoo] gun in my boot, and I’ll get one in the car or anyplace.” “My boyfriend does them,” she explained, “he does my tattoos prison style.”

Melissa, the tattoo junkie, revealed her difficulties in finding work. She noted how she has not been able to keep a job for an extended period of time. “I can’t get a job,” Melissa says. “They’re not going to take me. I applied for a job cleaning toilets near where I live, but they turned me down because of my tattoos.”

As a result, many people believe she has never worked. She did, however, tell the reporter that she used to be a toilet cleaner, but that didn’t last long. “My first job was cleaning toilets a long time ago,” Melissa explained. “People have said I’ve never had a job in my life, but I did have one once and it didn’t last long.”

Melissa said that she is eager to work if someone would hire her. She stated that she would accept any offer and begin the following day. This demonstrates her dedication. “If someone offered me a job tomorrow, I would go and work – I would take that offer,” she explained.

Given how far modern civilization has come, how is it that tattoos are still frowned upon in the workplace? Workopolis recruited 300 employers to participate in the survey. Tattoos would definitely influence 14% of respondents’ decision to hire someone, with 14% saying they would prefer not. 23% of employers stated it didn’t matter if the candidate had tattoos or not, and it wouldn’t influence their decision.
