Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson provides a devastating health update.

Sarah Ferguson, also known as “Fergie,” is still adored by the general public even though she is no longer a member of the Royal Family.

Recently, she broke some devastating news regarding her health. Read on to discover more.

A spokesman for the Duchess of York confirmed some tragic news regarding the former Royal Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson. “Sarah, Duchess of York, was recently diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer, which was discovered at a routine mammogram screening,” the statement said. She was informed that she needed to have surgery, which was successful.

The statement said that the Duchess was getting the best medical attention and that her outlook was favorable. Her family is currently helping her recover. The Duchess wishes to express her sincere appreciation to all the medical professionals who have helped her lately.

She expressed her gratitude to the medical team for being able to diagnose the issue and take care of her in the statement. She is also very appreciative of the mammography team who discovered her condition, which was generally symptom-free, and she thinks her story highlights the value of routine screening.

The Duchess allegedly has a positive attitude and even managed to record one episode of her podcast before her procedure.

Prince Andrew was the Duchess of York’s previous husband. They have two kids together, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice. Sarah was absent when King Charles celebrated his first birthday by participating in the Trooping of Color. She didn’t attend the actual coronation either, but she did show up for the concert.

Sarah remained close to her former mother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth, even after she and Prince Andrew divorced. She remarked about the impact it had on her when she passed away. “I am growing much more in my voice now,” she stated about her relationship with the queen. I believe that the death of the queen has also somewhat emancipated me. For 62 or 63 years, my sense of purpose has been to defend Her Majesty’s principles and to be extremely loyal. She was more like a mother to me than my mother, so now that she’s gone, I feel like maybe I can finally be free to be Sarah. I feel as though my mental chains have been broken.
