Denise Alexander, a beloved cast member of General Hospital, is paying tribute to her dear friend and fellow actress, Jacklyn Zeman, who sadly passed away on May 9 after a brief battle with cancer. The finest embraces, too. I will always love you.”
Denise Alexander first joined the General Hospital cast as Dr. Lesley Webber in 1973, while Jacklyn Zeman didn’t join until 1977, playing the role of Nurse Bobbie Spencer. Despite their late introduction to each other on the show, Alexander and Zeman developed a close friendship both on and off camera.

Geary and Zeman’s characters shared a unique bond as siblings for over 40 years. In his tribute, Geary praised Zeman’s character and professionalism, highlighting her rare quality of never speaking ill of others in the highly competitive entertainment industry.
