Prince Harry’s Emotional Response to Brother’s New Title

Prince Harry was reportedly left in tears upon learning that his older brother, Prince William, has been named Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps, a title that Harry previously held. This announcement from Buckingham Palace deeply affected Harry, according to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams.

The news comes as a blow to Harry, who allegedly sees William as one of the factors contributing to his struggles. Fitzwilliams explained, “Harry needs to realize that when you betray the family, you don’t just escape the things you hated doing as a working royal. You also lose the things you loved.”

However, despite this setback, Prince Harry has shown remarkable resilience in the face of adversity. Recently, at an event commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, he proudly wore the KCVO Neck Order and Star, bestowed upon him by Queen Elizabeth II. Royal author Tom Quinn interpreted this gesture as Harry’s way of asserting his worth and reminding his family of his valuable contributions.

The timing of William’s new title has sparked speculation about the already strained relationship between Harry and their father, King Charles III. Harry’s recent visit to the U.K. did not include a meeting with his father, leading to increased public scrutiny and criticism towards the King’s priorities.

It’s understandable that Prince Harry would be upset when a significant role or title is taken away. Family dynamics and responsibilities within the royal household can be complex, and emotions run high. However, Harry’s resilience and determination to make a positive impact continue to shine through.
