Meg Ryan, 61, makes her first public appearance in six months to support her friend Michael J. Fox at the screening of his documentary.

Meg Ryan was virtually unrecognizable when she made a rare public appearance in New York on Thursday.

The 61-year-old actress, who hasn’t been seen in public since November last year, showed off an impossible-smooth complexion while standing by her buddy Michael J. Fox at a screening for his upcoming documentary Still.

Meg, who has consistently denied any cosmetic procedures or enhancements, flaunted a plumper pout and wrinkle-free skin framed by her recognizable blonde hair.

The Sleepless in Seattle actress was upbeat as she posed for photos with her friends, Bill Murray and Elvis Costello, at the screening hosted at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center.

Meg has recently been less active in public, but she still showed up to support Michael when he released an Apple TV+ documentary about his struggle with Parkinson’s disease.

The movie, which combines documentary, archive, and written components, tells Michael’s life story in his own words, starting with his upbringing on a Canadian army installation and ending with him becoming a Hollywood star in the 1980s.

The narrative covers his public and never-before-seen private journeys and the years that followed his late-in-life, covert diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease at the age of 29.

For the documentary screening, Meg wore a scarlet jacket with brown plaid pants and clunky black boots and looked effortlessly chic.

The Golden Globe nominee’s look has evolved significantly, giving rise to several stories about the procedures she has or has not undergone.

When asked about rumors regarding her plastic surgery, she admitted to Porter magazine in 2015, “I don’t pay a lot of attention.”

“Today’s world is filled with a lot of hate. Judging is so simple. Think about being a hater; how foolish.

She had “too many” modifications, according to Hollywood Life’s 2016 analysis of her face by plastic surgeon Mark Youssef.

“Some sort of filler or fat transfer to her cheek is the most obvious thing that she’s had done,” he stated.

It’s too much because her cheek’s apple is overstuffed and disproportionately huge. All of that filler rises as she smiles, making her eyes appear smaller.

‘Positioning the volume in her cheeks gives her a masculine appearance. The filler volume should have been positioned more laterally to give her a softer appearance.

Bill Murray, Elvis Costello, Mark Seliger, Tracy Pollan, Joan Jett, Michael, Jane Pauley, Denis Leary, and Katie Couric were among Meg’s well-known companions at the screening.

In addition, he conjectured that she had a facelift, lip injections, Botox, and possibly a nose job.

Her nose’s tip is now noticeably more slender. He continued she likely underwent some form of rhinoplasty because the tip appeared more pinched.

She has Botox on her forehead and volume in her lips. Her eyes appear smaller due to too much Botox in the forehead since it causes the eyebrow to droop.

A facelift is a procedure that significantly alters the shape of the face. It seems possible that Meg Ryan had one.

It’s feasible because of how much her face’s shape has altered. Her face also appears to have a different texture. She might have undergone a laser skin resurfacing operation, according to appearances.

Meg will be making a comeback to the big screen in the soon-to-be-released film What Happens Later, it was reported last year.

The Hollywood Reporter claims that the film is an adaptation of the play Shooting Star by Steven Dietz.

The media outlet also disclosed that the actress and playwright, Kirk Lynn, were co-writing the screenplay.

An “evolved and nostalgic take on the romantic comedy,” according to the producers, is how they describe the movie.

What Happens Later focuses on a former couple who explores their romantic past while stranded at an airport due to bad weather.

The upcoming film’s male star, David Duchovny, will appear opposite Meg.
