Leslie Jordan gives a special look inside his home in a posthumous appearance on MTV Cribs filmed before his tragic passing

Leslie Jordan had invited fans and audiences into his private home on an episode of MTV Cribs that was filmed shortly before his passing last month in October.

The episode aired earlier this week on Thursday, and showcased the actor’s bubbly and comedic personality as he gave a quick tour of his condo.

The Will & Grace alum tragically passed away at 67-years-old on October 24 due to a car accident in Hollywood after he reportedly had a medical emergency behind the wheel.

The beloved actor began the house tour outside on his balcony that was filled with an assortment of plants that the star kept.

He immediately guided the cameras to a tree called ‘Buddhas fingers’ in the corner and admitted that he was ‘scared to death of it.’

The star explained that, ‘the fruit is so frightening. It looks like Little Shop of Horrors that I pick it and I throw it off the balcony.’

Leslie then revealed a ‘rumor’ that had been told when he first moved into his home, which he confirmed to be true.

The actor stated that the late rapper, Tupac Shakur, also known as 2Pac, had been the previous tenant of his residence.

‘Sometimes I feel like a rebel and a thug and I know that that’s Tupac talking to me,’ he stated with a laugh.

The video then transitioned to indoors, and Leslie led cameras to the main bedroom. A large window brought in plenty of sunlight into the space, while the walls were covered with pictures and decorative pieces.

As he walked over to the bed, Leslie jokingly stated, ‘Guess what? There’s no magic. Nothing happens in here.’

‘You know, in the South, everything’s monogrammed,’ Leslie added as he showed off his monogrammed initials embroidered on the pillow cases.

The star was born in a town of Chattanooga, Tennessee and lived there until he moved to Los Angeles in 1982.

In front of the pillows, two small teddy bears were seen placed in front. The camera then zoomed into framed photos on the walls, and most contained snaps of horses.

‘A lot of people don’t know this, but when I was 19-years-old, I decided I wanted to be a jockey with thoroughbred race horses,’ the American Horror Story actor revealed.

He then reached down to a frame resting on the floor and angled the throwback photo towards the camera.

After filming the episode for MTV Cribs, Leslie purchased a penthouse in West Hollywood for $1.75 million, reported People.

The talented actor and comedian, who boasted 6 million followers on Instagram after garnering fans for his videos filmed during the pandemic, passed away after crashing his car into the side of a building in Hollywood on October 24, reported TMZ.

At the time, sources from law enforcement informed the tabloid that it was ‘suspected’ he had a medical emergency while driving.

Fans and celebrities expressed their condolensces following the sad news, and on his main Instagram page, a photo of Leslie was shared along with a message in the caption.

‘The love and light that Leslie shared will never go out and we invite you to share your memories and comfort each other during this time.’
