Early on in their relationship, Prince Harry was blackmailed by Meghan Markle.

Earlier this week, we reported on the publication of another trashy tell-all that targeted Meghan Markle, the British media’s go-to target.

There was apparently some anticipation that some Meg-obsessives might temporarily shift their attention to someone else with the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

Instead, the Duchess of Sussex has come under more fire than ever, with the British media going crazy over everything from unfounded claims that she was wearing a wire at the Queen’s memorial ceremony to criticisms of Meghan clutching Harry’s hand at the funeral.

The first released chapters from Valentine Low’s forthcoming manifesto Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown have added to this week’s ugly nonsense.

The release of Low’s book, which isn’t scheduled for publication in the US until June 2023, looks to be a tactic to capitalize on the most recent anti-Meghan feeling.

Perhaps the ironically called Low is hoping that he’ll have time to hire a lawyer and defend himself against the inevitable libel suit before Meg gets her hands on a copy, despite the fact that his first name is aptly chosen and he’s obviously never felt love.

We have discussed Low’s assertion that during the brief period that Meghan lived in the UK, palace personnel frequently cruelly humiliated her behind her back.

Evidently, Low believed that Meghan was to blame for this rather than the white folks who spat abuse at her whenever she exited a room.

More ridiculous accusations about the Duchess are made in today’s snippet from Cosmo, this time pertaining to the beginning of her relationship with Prince Harry.

After only a few months of dating, according to Low, Meghan pressured Harry into declaring their love to the world.

According to a source who spoke to the author, “She was saying, “If you don’t put out a statement stating I’m your girlfriend, I’m going to break up with you.”

He panicked and said, “She’s going to dump me.”

Jason Knauf, the communications director for Kensington Palace, was given the assignment to “confirm that Meghan was his girlfriend and criticize the racist and sexist connotations of some of the media coverage” at about this time.

Because Low evidently doesn’t think a lady of color could ever feel endangered by racist remarks made by online trolls, he conjured up a cover story.

As a member of the British tabloid press, Meghan must adhere to the following rules:

The Duchess’ every move must be explained away as the result of cartoonishly nasty, bad-faith reasons by all “journalists” and media.

The fact that the public was made aware of the relationship and Meghan was subjected to a variety of horrible harassment is, of course, the most logical explanation for Harry and Knauf’s behavior.

She is still, sadly, being bullied today, but the bullies are now getting paid for what they do.
