Chrissy Teigen Reacts to Being Called Out for Not Using a Baby Carrier “Right”: ‘She’s Safe.’

Chrissy Teigen is sticking up for her parenting decisions.

Over the weekend, the 37-year-old cookbook author tweeted a charming snapshot of herself and husband John Legend wandering through Venice, Italy, with their 3-month-old daughter Esti Maxine strapped to the musician’s breast.

Legend is wearing Esti in a baby carrier, kept close to Legend’s chest, and staring out from the page.

One user commented on the photo, implying that the pair was not using the carrier “properly” and tagging another user to “give them some advice” on how to do so.

Teigen responded to the user, saying, “‘Right’ is how she feels comfortable.”

Esti, according to Teigen, “doesn’t like to be high and tight and likes to look around and see her daddy.” “She is safe and content.”

Teigen and Legend are currently in Italy with their three children, daughters Esti and Luna, all six, and son Miles, four, where the family celebrated Easter on Sunday.

“Our baby, and we wish you a Happy Easter!” Teigen shared a photo of her family in their Easter finery visiting the city, riding a gondola, and even playing Uno, with Esti offering a charming smile over her mother’s hand of cards.

Teigen discussed the significance of Venice to her and Legend the day before on Instagram. “John and I first came here in 2007, when we were just a couple of crazy child-free kids,” she captioned another series of adorable family photos. “It was the dead of winter, absolutely cold, and John recalls fondly wearing my single faux urban outfitters fur hat every day and night.”

“We took the water bus everywhere and ran through the alleys like a couple of doofuses in lurve,” she recounted. “Who would have thought we’d be back with our babies?”

The term “electronic commerce” refers to the sale of electronic goods.

“I was just telling you how wonderfully my kids are doing. My elder children are getting along so well with her, filling the house with more love.”

“I just think we’re more at ease with ourselves and our parenting style, and I think we’re just more at ease being parents now,” the “All of Me” singer added. “I dare to say it’s simpler.”
