‘A wonderful father figure to her children, according to J. Lo’s husband, Ben Affleck
With a large blended family, Jennifer Lopez claims that her kids adore their stepfather, Ben Affleck.
The actor talked about the loving bond her 15-year-old twins Emme and Max share with her spouse of almost nine months during an interview with TODAY’s Hoda Kotb on May 3.
“They love Ben,” she affirmed. Because he has his own three lovely children in addition to us, he is a fantastic, amazing father and father figure to them as well.
Affleck has three children with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, in addition to Lopez’s twins, who she shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony: a 17-year-old daughter named Violet, a 14-year-old daughter named Seraphina, and an 11-year-old son named Samuel.
Lopez praised Affleck for his interactions with her kids when discussing her blended family.
“He’s amazing. “They love him, and he rises to the challenge of what (being a stepfather) is and what that means,” she added.
The 53-year-old continued by saying that her kids have undoubtedly noticed his effort to form a close bond with them.
They value him, and I do too, she said.
Lopez also mentioned how her kids’ personalities are becoming more recent.
“They are growing up. They are scrutinizing everything and disputing everything in life. And compared to us, these youngsters know a ton more information. Consequently, she said they are approaching life and thinking about it differently than I did when I was 15 or 16 years old.
Twenty years ago, Affleck and Lopez were engaged for the first time. They recently got back together. During her interview, Guadalupe Rodriguez, seated close by, shared details of their fairy-tale romance.
RODRGUEZ STATED THAT because I prayed for you for 20 years, I knew you would always reconcile.
Lopez responded with a polite nod and a wry roll of the eyes. As Jennifer said, let’s keep moving over here, Hoda remarked.
