A “Price is Right” competitor who was overexcited sustains significant injuries while playing the game.

Last week, a contestant on The Price is Right earned himself a trip to the emergency room after dislocating his shoulder while celebrating a win.

Henry, one of the contestants, hurt himself while participating in the game Bonkers, in which he had 30 seconds to accurately predict whether the numerals representing the cost of a vacation to Hawaii were higher or lower.

Amazingly, Henry won the game in seconds and started celebrating immediately. Unfortunately, as he leaped up and down and pumped his arm in the air in excitement, he dislocated his shoulder.

It wasn’t until he went back to the game show stage to spin the wheel to advance to the Showcase Showdown that the injuries became obvious.

According to host Drew Carey, Henry’s wife Alice would spin the wheel for him owing to an injury.

Carey continued, “Let me explain what occurred. “Henry’s wife Alice is here. How are you? When Henry went ‘Woo’ in joy, he dislocated his shoulder.

“Alice will spin the wheel for him because he won’t be able to do it himself.”

Henry was lucky because his wife spun him a 95, which put him in the spotlight.

The show claims Henry visited the hospital soon after and is doing much better.

Although he didn’t win the showcase, he won a vacation to Hawaii and has a fascinating tale to share.

A truly historic episode of The Price Is Right!
